If your client turns on setup help, you can add records yourself — appliances and systems with brand, model and serial, paint colors with the color name, code and sheen, tile, flooring and other finishes, plus lightbulbs, faucets and lighting. You can only add: you can never change or delete anything, and every addition is logged for them with your name on it.
