Yes. You can upgrade from Free or the Vault to All Access when you need renovation tools. You can cancel a recurring plan before its next renewal.
What happens to my data if I cancel or finish my project?
Your record is frozen, not deleted — and you keep free read-only access to it permanently. Once your project is marked complete (or you cancel a subscription), your property record stays viewable and downloadable: appliances, warranties, model & serial numbers, install dates, photos, closing docs, and project history. You can export the whole thing as a ZIP at any time. What pauses is the living side — adding new records, new uploads, maintenance reminders, and the AI tools. The vault at $49/year turns those back on.
Does All Access expire?
Your $99 payment covers everything — the project tools and the full vault — for your entire first year. From year two you can choose to renew at $49/year (never automatic) to keep the vault living (new records, uploads, reminders, AI). If you don't renew, nothing is deleted: your home record is frozen in free read-only mode, permanently, and you can view, download and export all of it whenever you want.
What is free for contractors?
Core contractor tools are free, including project collaboration, agreements, and payment tracking. Pro adds paid business tools for contractors who want more.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of any paid plan, email support@ourhaus.ai with the email on your account and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. We reply within one business day; refunds land back on the original card in 5-10 days.
