SMS / text messaging

If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box at signup — or turn SMS notifications on in your account settings — Our Haus may send you text messages about your projects and account: proposal activity, signature requests, appointment and schedule updates, and security or account notices. These are service messages tied to your own activity, not marketing campaigns.

We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the messages described above, and is shared only with the telecommunications provider that transmits them on our behalf.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required to use Our Haus. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning SMS notifications off in your account settings. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@ourhaus.ai. After you opt out you will still receive email notifications unless you change those preferences separately.

We retain a record of when SMS consent was given or withdrawn, along with the number it applies to, as required to honor your choices and demonstrate compliance.
