This page shows the complete consent language exactly as it appears to a person opting in to text messages from Avallone AI, Inc. (dba Our Haus). The consent control below is a live replica of the one inside the app at Settings → Notifications.

SMS is only enabled once this box is checked and the preferences are saved. The box is unchecked by default and is never pre-selected.
Every opt-in path
- Website (account settings): a signed-in user enters their own mobile number at ourhaus.ai and checks the consent box shown above. Unchecked by default; consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Keyword (START): a contractor or collaborator invited to a project by an account holder receives one invitation message and is subscribed only after replying START. Confirmation reply: “Our Haus: You’re signed up for project notifications - proposals, signatures, account updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
No other opt-in method is used. We send no marketing or promotional messages, and we never share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties.
